People often think of programmers as geeks or lifeless people who do little more that obsess over computers. Well, that's not entirely true right? right! We are actually an intellectually fun crowd. My personnel favorite proof of this is our habit of naming projects and object after obscure topics. This is a list of some of my favorite naming conventions.
1. The Manhattan Project
2. Porn stars
3. The moons of Saturn
4. The Muppets
5. Islands in the Pacific you wish you could visit
6. Greek gods
7. Sesame Street characters (classic, not new)
Some I've used, some are on the plate... either way I think most people should be so lucky to be able to get in touch with their inner child and actually have fun with work rather than become the "mature" drone they inevitably become..a slave to social expectations.

Workflow Foundation....I want it!!!
Wow, just "finished" playing around with beta 1 of WWF. I am damn impressed. I had a workflow up and running in 15 minutes. Granted it wasn't the most useful workflow, but I managed to work in some parallel processing and delays, to simulate workload. End result, I REALLY wish I could use the beta in a production environment...lol. I know I can't, but it wil be difficult to wait until second half of 2006.
